EMPLOYMENT LAW FEES FOR BUSINESSESS

Employment law is a vast and complex area of law that is subject to frequent changes. As an employer, you must have a clear understanding of your legal obligations. Businesses typically fall foul of the law by coming too late to the party – by not seeking legal advice at an early enough stage, and then making mistakes that create a legal liability for them.

Seeking proper legal employment advice at an early stage greatly reduces the chance of your business having to defend itself at an employment tribunal. Employers need to understand their responsibilities in the same way that employees should have an understanding of their rights.

Our Employment Lawyers have the knowledge and experience to advise, guide and represent your business. We prioritise understanding your organisation and getting to know key staff members, ensuring that our guidance is tailored to your specific requirements. You can count on us for friendly, jargon-free advice, keeping you up-to-date with new legislation and legal changes that may impact your business.

Our specialist employment solicitors will be happy to provide you with a bespoke quotation based upon the nature and complexity of the advice and work that you require.

All of the work undertaken in this area of law will be charged on a time-spent basis charged at rates according to the seniority and the experience of the staff involved. The rates charged by our Employment Law team range from £160 to £400 plus VAT per hour.

At the outset of a matter, we will provide you with our best estimate of the likely fees involved and we will keep you updated as to any changes in our estimate as the matter progresses.

Below is not an exhaustive list of the services that we offer to business clients but is provided to proffer an insight to the starting point for the fees payable for particular matters.
