At Curwens our experienced team of Dispute Resolution experts understands the issues involved and can help you resolve them as quickly as possible either by Mediation and Arbitration or by Litigation.
All of the work undertaken in this area of law will be charged on a time-spent basis and is charged at rates according to the seniority and the experience of the staff involved. The rates charged by our dispute resolution team range from £150 to £400 plus VAT per hour.
