All of the work undertaken in this area of law will be charged on a time-spent basis charged at rates according to the seniority and the experience of the staff involved. The rates charged by our Commercial team range from £350 to £400 plus VAT per hour.
At the outset of a matter, we will provide you with our best estimate of the likely fees involved and we will keep you updated as to any changes in our estimate as the matter progresses. Every matter is different, and we will consider its merits and complexities.
