Whether you are buying or selling a commercial property, renewing a lease, having Landlord & Tennant disputes, or anything else relating to commercial property our team of experts are here to help.

Some of the work undertaken in this area of law will be charged on a time-spent basis charged at rates according to the level of staff involved. The rates charged by our Commercial Property Team range from £225 to £400 plus VAT per hour. Where it is possible for some transactions, we may charge a fixed fee, which is kept under review during the transaction.

At the outset of a matter, we will provide you with our best estimate of the likely fees involved and we will keep you updated as to any changes in our estimate as the matter progresses.

Furthermore, there are a number of additional costs that you should expect to have to pay, which are referred to below.

Disbursements

In addition to our fees there are other costs required to complete your matter that are payable to third parties. To ensure a smooth process we settle these “disbursements” on your behalf.
