COMMERCIAL PROPERTY FEES
Whether you are buying or selling a commercial property, renewing a lease, having Landlord & Tennant disputes, or anything else relating to commercial property our team of experts are her to help.
All of the work undertaken in this area of law will be charged on a time-spent basis charged at rates according to the level of staff involved. The rates charged by our Commercial Property Team range from £150 to £400 plus VAT per hour.
At the outset of a matter, we will provide you with our best estimate of the likely fees involved and we will keep you updated as to any changes in our estimate as the matter progresses. For example, you may be purchasing through a company and the lender might require you to sign a personal guarantee. The fee for this would start at £450 (+VAT £90) total £540 in a straightforward case.
Furthermore, there are a number of additional costs that you should expect to have to pay.
Disbursements
In addition to our fees, there are other costs required to complete your matter that are payable to third parties. To ensure a smooth process we settle these “disbursements” on your behalf.
