Safety first

During these unprecedented times, we wish everyone well and safe. Our thoughts are with those who have already been negatively affected by the coronavirus whether with your family situation, your employment or business situation or otherwise. The priority for Curwens is the safety of our staff and clients and to continue to service our clients.

Open, operation and here to help

We remain open, operational and we are here to help.

Remote working

The Business Board is constantly monitoring the coronavirus situation, and taking all appropriate actions to ensure the continuity of our services. Most of our solicitors and other experts are able to work from home using remote based technologies.

Unintended delays

So far as reasonably practicable we are endeavouring to mitigate the impact of COVID-19, but please note, that during these unprecedented times, there may be unpreventable delays in the delivery of our services or in the time to complete your transaction.

Office opening

For the time being, all of our offices remain open, albeit with a skeleton staff for essential business functions. However, we do not recommend you visit our offices unless the matter is urgent, and in any event, you should contact the person with day to day responsibility for your matter in the first instance.

If an office closes then we will not accept service of documents at that office. You should check with us to confirm receipt and service.
